The Receptionist plays a crucial role in making a great first impression, ensuring all guests, clients, and employees feel valued and supported. Responsibilities
- o Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- o Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- o Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- o Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- o Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- o Maintain and update contact lists, directories, and other records.
- o Assist visitors with inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
- o Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- o Liaise with staff to relay messages and information accurately.
- o Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
- o Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Must Have
- • Experience: 0–1 year of experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
- • Language: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Any Engineering field.
